The credit cards we accept

We accept all major credit cards through our secure online shopping cart provided by Paypal.

When a purchase is made it will be charged in Canadian dollars.

A paypal account is not needed to place an order.

Although if you already have a Paypal account you can use it during check out

What it will cost to ship a product.

We have divided our shipping charges into 5 levels:

Orders totalling $00.01 to $24.99 will be charged $8.00 for shipping
Orders totalling $25.00 to $49.99 will be charged $12.00 for shipping
Orders totalling $50.00 to $74.99 will be charged $16.00 for shipping
Orders totalling $75.00 to $99.99 will be charged $18.00 for shipping
Orders totalling $100.00 and up will be charged $20.00 for shipping

Please Note: If you live in the US you will be responsible for any extra duty and or brokerage fee. If you live in Canada a GST charge will be added to your shipping costs.

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

When your order will be shipped

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 4 days. You will be contacted if there are any delays as a result of a product or fragrance being out of stock.

If you're not satisfied with a product

We're very proud of our products and hope you will be too. However if you are not completely happy with your product or if it isn't what you ordered, please call us at 1-519-753-6374. We will either exchange your product or if you prefer you can send it back we will give you a refund.

How to cancel an order

If you placed an order but changed your mind please give us a call at 1-519-753-6374 as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped we will reverse your transaction for a full refund. If the order has already shipped you will need to send it back to us for a refund.
